Induction
The Hawai'i Department of Education Induction Program is a comprehensive and sustained multi year structure of support that is aligned with the Hawaii Teacher Standards, based on the Hawaii Continuum of Teacher Skills. The program provides structured activities and processes designed to develop the beginning teachers skills and knowledge.

Teacher Professional Development Credit Program
Training opportunities that have been reviewed and approved for Professional Development Credit for DOE Teachers. Courses may qualify in assisting teachers to meet Highly Qualified Status. This system will replace the offerings of PDSU.

To gain access to this site you should be using your Internet login, a.k.a. Lotus Notes Webmail, eHR, eCSSS, Official Enrollment Count login.
1.  https://pde3.k12.hi.us
2.  User name(Not case sensitive):first name [space] last name. Example: daijo kaneshiro. Or, you can use your eight-digit DOE Employee ID number as your username.
3.  Password(Case sensitive):the PDE3 password is the same DOE Internet password used for other DOE services accessed over the internet, such as Lotus Notes webmail, eHR, eCSSS, or ARCH systems.

If you do not know or do not remember your Login/Password, please call the IT Help Desk (CSD) for assistance at (808) 564-6000 or 8-1-808-692-7250 (Neighbor Island HATS). The IT Help Desk will retrieve your password if available or direct your request to the Lotus Notes Support Section (LNSS). The password provided by the IT Help Desk (CSD) or LNSS will be used for Lotus Notes webmail, eHR, eCSSS, ARCH, and PDE3.

Please note: Users with eCSSS access who do not know their password will be asked to contact their SSC or User Manager to request a reset if the password is not retrievable.

The IT Help Desk (CSD), (808) 564-6000 or 8-1-808-692-7250 (Neighbor Island HATS), is available between the hours of 7:45 am and 4:30 pm HST Monday through Friday except on State/Federal holidays.
